Terms of use

These terms are between you and Prerenew. By creating a vault or using the demo you agree to them and to the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• A place to record subscriptions you already have, with reminders before each renewal or trial conversion.
• A review step that asks whether you used a subscription and lets you record keep, pause, or cancel.
• Provider playbooks: our best current understanding of how to pause or cancel with a given company, plus a link to their page.

The service does not connect to your bank, does not process payments, and does not pause or cancel anything for you. Recording “cancel” in Prerenew does not cancel the subscription. Only completing the provider’s own steps does.

The service is free while in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. We may introduce paid plans later; anything you entered stays exportable and deletable regardless.

Push notifications and emails depend on your browser, your device, your email provider, and networks we do not control. Quiet hours, the daily cap, and Overwhelm mode also suppress or defer nudges on purpose. You remain responsible for your own subscriptions and payments. We are not liable for a renewal that happened because a reminder was late, suppressed, or not delivered.

Totals, yearly estimates, and the “kept by choice” ledger are arithmetic on the numbers you entered. They are not financial, legal, or medical advice, and Prerenew is not a medical device or a treatment for any condition.

Provider names and colours in the catalog identify the companies you subscribe to. They belong to those companies and imply no affiliation or endorsement. Cancellation steps change without notice; each playbook shows the date we last checked it. If a step is wrong, tell us at hello@prerenew.com.

• You must be at least 16 and managing your own subscriptions.
• Keep control of the devices that hold your passkeys and the inbox that receives sign-in links.
• The shared demo is public. Anything you enter there can be seen and reset by anyone. Do not put real data in it.
• You can export or delete your vault at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Do not probe, overload, or attempt to break the service, scrape other users’ data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that harms the service or other people.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Prerenew excludes all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for subscription charges, fees, or losses arising from your use of or reliance on the service. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

The governing law and venue will be published here before general release. Until then, mandatory consumer protections where you live apply.

We will update the date above and show a notice in the app before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
